Alibaba’s Qwen AI Glasses OTA Update: Real-Time Translation for Calls and Watching Videos
On November 2, Alibaba’s Qwen AI Glasses rolled out an OTA update, bringing “real-time translation” from your phone right before your eyes. Whether you’re making a call or attending an international conference, it can simultaneously translate the other person’s words into your native language right by your ear; when listening to overseas podcasts, taking foreign-language online courses, or watching foreign-language movies, the translated text appears in real time within the companion Qwen AI Wearable App. Compared to holding up your phone to read translations, the glasses’ form factor frees your hands, allowing you to naturally keep pace with the flow of conversation.

通话媒体双线翻译
这次升级拆成两条线。通话翻译主打"人对话"场景：无论是普通电话还是线上会议，跨语种交流不再需要各自举着翻译软件，眼镜接手了同声传译的活儿。媒体翻译则瞄准"人看内容"场景：听不懂的播客、网课、电影，戴上它就能拿到同步译文，学习或娱乐时少了一道复制粘贴的打断。两条线共同指向一个判断——可穿戴设备的价值，正从"提醒、记录"这类轻交互，转向真正替人消化信息的重任务。
翻译要准，先得听得清。本次更新专门优化了嘈杂环境下的语音识别，让同声传译更准确、也更跟得上节奏，等于给这套能力补上了真实场景的底座。硬件侧也在往前走：今年 3 月开售的 G1 之后，阿里又端出旗舰 S1，在交互、显示、续航与硬件配置上全面压过前代。当翻译、降噪与更好的佩戴体验叠在一起，AI 眼镜离"日常外挂大脑"又近了一步。
