Not a chat model, not a rewriter. **Stage one is deterministic.** Filler words, repeated words, spacing, punctuation, capitalisation, numbers, dates, currency and known jargon substitutions are pattern work, and pattern work belongs in code, where it is fast, free and auditable. That layer is published on its own as dictation-cleanup-rules: MIT, Python and TypeScript, with a spec, pattern tables and a conformance suite. Use it with or without this model.
