Model overview
Audio samples | Paper [[abs]](https://arxiv.org/abs/2306.00814) [[pdf]](https://arxiv.org/pdf/2306.00814.pdf) Vocos is a fast neural vocoder designed to synthesize audio waveforms from acoustic features. Trained using a Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) objective, Vocos can generate waveforms in a single forward pass. Unlike other typical GAN-based vocoders, Vocos does not model audio samples in the time domain. Instead, it generates spectral coefficients, facilitating rapid audio reconstruction through inverse Fourier transform. Additionally, you need to provide a `bandwidth_id` which corresponds to the embedding for bandwidth from the list: `[1.5, 3.0, 6.0, 12.0]`.

Limitations & considerations
Sources are insufficient to establish specific limitations. Verify task performance, latency, data policies, licensing and version lifecycle.
Source prices & cost analysis
Prices vary by channel, region and configuration. Channel quotes are listed independently and are not treated as a single official provider price.

Do open weights permit free commercial use?
Not necessarily. Check the version license, commercial conditions and usage policies. Self-hosting incurs compute and maintenance costs.
Are these real-time billing prices?
These are timestamped source snapshots, not live billing prices. Check the channel for current versions, regions, discounts and billing methods.
